The intermediate versions of the components are not released officially. Beyond Release 3 we will be switching to a X.Y numbering scheme for future releases, where the release major number X will only be updated on major architecture / design / functionality changes, while for minor enhancements and bug fixes we will only increment the minor number Y. We are also looking forward to splitting the components into separate projects to make them more manageable.
